AAA Pulse Est. is a company registered in Saudi Arabia, commercial registration 7055188689, based in Riyadh. We build brand identities, websites, automation systems and AI agents. This policy covers aaapulse.com and our internal tools.

02What we do not collect

This comes first because it matters most. Our website carries no analytics, no tracking tools and no advertising. No Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no tracking cookies, no browser fingerprinting. We do not build a profile on you, we do not track you across sites, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

03What we collect when you contact us

If you complete our project enquiry form, we receive only what you type:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your website, if you have one
• Your project description and any notes you add

We use this for one purpose: to reply to you and discuss your project. We do not add you to marketing lists without your request, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

04Server logs

The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like any internet server, it automatically logs technical request data including IP address, browser type and timestamp. We use this only for security and troubleshooting. We do not link it to your identity or analyse it for marketing.

05Third-party services our pages call

Our pages load resources from third parties, which means your IP address reaches them:

• Google Fonts — to load typefaces.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) — an animation library on our enquiry page.
• Firebase Hosting (Google) — website hosting.

Each has its own privacy policy. We send them no personal data about you.

06Our internal tool for managing our own accounts

We run an internal tool that manages AAA Pulse's own social media accounts and publishes our own content to them. This tool is first-party only, and its limits are precise:

• It connects to our own accounts only, through each platform's official authorisation.
• It stores access tokens encrypted, used solely to publish our content and read its analytics.
• It does not manage any third party's accounts, and we do not sell or resell API access.
• It does not collect other users' data or build profiles from it.

If you comment on one of our posts on a public platform, we may see and reply to your comment inside the tool, exactly as we would in the platform's own app. We retain no data about you beyond what the platform already displays.

07Where data is stored

Our operational data is hosted on Google Cloud in the United States (region us-central1). If you contact us from outside the United States, your data is transferred to and processed there.

08Retention

• Enquiries and project correspondence: kept while our relationship is active, then up to three years for accounting and legal purposes.
• Server logs: deleted automatically after a short period set by our provider.
• Tokens for our own accounts: deleted as soon as the account is disconnected.

09Security

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Sensitive access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. System access is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not promise what cannot be guaranteed.

10Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@aaapulse.com and we will respond within thirty days. We charge nothing, and we will not treat you differently for exercising a right.

11Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this page. We change the "last updated" date each time, and for material changes we notify people who have previously contacted us by email.
